The e-commerce growth, the increasing role of social networks in promoting image and products enterprises, automation technological processes spread remote work around world lead to digitalization economic entities. purpose article is study peculiarities tourism enterprise creation an electronic way while minimizing founding organizational actions carried out person, traditional way. based on a systematic analysis all for exclusively with use information communication technologies differentiated digitization activities. All establishment enterprise, without any exception, are divided into two categories: a) traditional, usual way, i.e. by visiting necessary government agencies, holding meeting, banks open current account, etc. (offline mode); b) electronic, conducted solely remotely, help attending institutions meetings (online mode). comparison scope content such measures allows us emphasize introduction concept "electronic enterprises" scientific criterion their origin, as well indicators average marginal propensity digitize. In study, it was found that followed next pattern digitalization. practical value this proposed methods calculating enterprises digitize creation, specific areas further in-depth at stage formation.
